Menstrual poverty is unfortunately a situation that affects thousands of people and even influences school dropouts. According to data from the United Nations (UN), in Brazil, at least one in four girls ends up missing classes during their menstrual period.
Girls and women between 10 and 49 years of age will be able to request free sanitary pads.
You must prove that you are low-income, are a public school student or are homeless.
There is an extensive list of Pharmacies that are Accredited and will be able to deliver free sanitary pads.
